Chinese Cabbage

No good stir-fry can be made without Chinese cabbage. Packed with flavour and a crunchy texture, it’s no wonder they are great to cook with, especially if you want to pull off that authentic style stir-fry. Grown in the same manner as the Golden Acre Cabbage, grow them together and have a variety of this highly nutritional vegetable to eat.

  • Sow seeds in a nutrient rich soil about 30cm away from each other. 2 cabbage plants per Rootbox is the limit.
  • Get an early start for your cabbage and sow them indoors 6 weeks before the last frost.
  • Position Rootbox in full sunlight.
  • Cabbage need a healthy amount of water so daily watering is required.
